Sales Policy.

Though we do take a waiting list, we don't operate purely on a first come first serve basis, but rather match goats with what we judge to be the most suitable homes. I like to hear details when contacted and to develop a relationship with the potential buyer.

We reserve the right to retain any kid born here, regardless of reservations, and to refuse the sale of any animal at any point in the transaction should we feel the need to.

We do not take deposits prior to kids being born. Once the kids are born and we have an agreement with the buyer, a 50% deposit will be taken. Deposits are non-refundable. The buyer has 24hrs to get back to us when their name comes up on the wait list and we contact them, after which we will move down the list. Animals must be paid for in full before leaving the property.

Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. At this time we do not offer shipment via air.

Price includes registration in the buyers name (except for wethers), disbudding, tattooing, coccidiosis prevention, first vaccination with tasvax 8 and a hoof trim before leaving).

Dam raised bucklings must be picked up by 8 weeks of age, and doelings by 12 weeks depending on development, unless we have made other prior arrangements. If extra time beyond these ages is needed for you to arrange transport, we will charge a boarding fee until the agreed upon date. If no pick up date is agreed upon in a timely fashion, the deposit will be forfeit and we will move on to the next buyer.

We will do our best with disbudding but cannot guarantee there will not be scurs, particularly in bucks.

We guarantee the health of animals leaving the farm, but cannot offer further health guarantees as we cannot control the stress of shipping or the care provided in their new homes.
